These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PocketFilters for Gmail ("the App"), provided by Tech Guides with Paul ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully.

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    Tech Guides with Paul will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom.
